Cancellation and refund policy

Volucore offers a Free plan and paid Standard, Business and Business Pro plans, billed monthly or yearly. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active, with its monthly downloads, until the end of the period you already paid for. You will not be charged again, and your account then returns to the Free plan.

Refunds

Payments for plans bought on this site are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods and unused downloads, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle handles payments, billing enquiries and any refund that applies.

Patreon memberships

A plan you get through Patreon is a membership paid to Patreon. Cancelling, changing tier, tax and refunds for it are handled by Patreon under its own terms, and this policy does not replace them. Cancel on Patreon: your Volucore plan follows your membership and ends with it. You can also unlink your Patreon account in Account settings, which ends the plan from Patreon at once.

Changing plans

Upgrades take effect at once and are charged pro rata for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your account returns to the Free plan until the payment succeeds. Your plan is restored automatically once it does.
