Something does not work, or a printed result is not what you expected? Tell us the tool, the font or shape, the size and your printer or slicer, and send a screenshot if you can.

Your account or a payment

Downloads, plans, Patreon links and invoices. Write from the email address of your account so we can find it. Payments are handled by Paddle or Patreon; see the refund policy.

A correction to a guide

Found a mistake or something out of date? Send the guide’s name and what is wrong. We fix it and update the date shown on the page.

An idea or a feature

A strip size, a printer, a font, a whole new tool. Short and specific is best: what you want to make and what is in the way.
